TERMS OF USE OF THE PMC WEBSITE AND ITS APPLICATIONS
Welcome to PMC. Please read these General Terms of Use of the website espacios.pmc.es and of the company's mobile applications.

User acceptance
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website www.pmc.es that PMC makes available to internet users. Accessing it implies unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice.
PMC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the website and applications and will be effective from the moment of publication. Users are bound by the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use in force on the date they use PMC's services. In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, PMC reserves the right to deny use of its services.
Website access and passwords
No prior user registration is required to access the general contents of the website, although registration is required to use the purchasing platform and certain services and contents.
Passwords are chosen by the users themselves, who undertake to keep them secret and not allow their use by third parties. Users must notify PMC immediately of any unauthorised use of their account or any security-related event concerning the website of which they become aware.
PMC's liability
In accordance with the law, neither PMC nor any of its employees, directors and/or shareholders is liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of PMC's website or applications.
Users are entitled to uninstall the PMC application and stop using its website at any time.
Due to possible technical difficulties, PMC cannot guarantee constant availability of its online services and is not liable for any resulting damage. PMC undertakes to make all technical adjustments necessary and required by Spanish law, but cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could cause changes to the systems of devices using the website or its applications.
These Terms of Use refer solely to PMC's website and applications and do not apply to third-party links or websites accessible from PMC's website. Such links do not belong to PMC and are beyond its control. PMC is therefore not responsible for the content of any destination website of links outside PMC, nor for any changes or updates made to them.
User's responsibility
Users undertake to use the website, its contents and services in accordance with the law, these Terms of Use, good practice and public order. Likewise, users undertake to use the services and contents of the website and applications appropriately, not to use them to carry out unlawful or criminal activities, infringe third-party rights and/or breach current intellectual property laws.
Users also acknowledge and accept their commitment not to destroy, alter, disable, damage or render inaccessible the website's contents and services, as well as the data, programs and electronic documents hosted on it.
Users further undertake not to cause damage by introducing programs, viruses, macros, applets, controllers or any other device or software that could alter the computer systems of PMC or other website users, and to avoid hindering other users' access through massive consumption of computing resources.

All content hosted or made available on PMC's website and applications — such as texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, trademarks, videos and audio, digital downloads and databases, as well as source code — is the exclusive property of PMC or its content providers and is protected by current intellectual property, copyright and database laws.

Users therefore acknowledge that the reproduction, distribution, commercialisation and, in general, any form of exploitation of the contents of PMC's website constitutes an infringement of PMC's intellectual property rights.
Social media
Users who wish to do so may join the various groups PMC maintains on social networks. These Terms of Use also apply to social media groups, together with the specific privacy policies and terms of use of each network.
Applicable law
The user and PMC, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for any matters or actions that may arise.
PMC will pursue any breach of these Terms and any misuse of the website by exercising whatever civil or criminal actions may correspond to it in law.
Privacy policy
PMC GRUP 1985, S.A., pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the right to information when providing personal data, informs you that your data will be processed by PMC GRUP 1985, S.A., domiciled at C/ Empordà, s/n, P.I. Can Casablancas, 08192 Sant Quirze del Vallès, Barcelona, for the purpose of managing the commercial relationship and the contracted service, providing information and/or maintaining mutual communication. Personal data will be kept for as long as the basis legitimising our relationship remains in force and, once terminated, for the legally required periods. Your data will not be transferred to third parties without prior consent, except where legally required or where communication is necessary. Email communication
Messages sent from the «@pmc.es» domain and any attachments are addressed exclusively to their recipient and may contain CONFIDENTIAL information subject to professional secrecy. If you are not the final recipient of the message received, please refrain from reading, retaining or distributing it, or making any use of any personal data it may contain. Please notify us immediately and destroy it. You are hereby notified that its use, distribution, printing, copying and dissemination is classified as an offence under articles 197 et seq. and 278 of the current Spanish Criminal Code.
